Senior individual-contributor analyst leading end-to-end, high-stakes analyses, designing dashboards and reporting, mentoring analysts, applying statistical methods and causal inference, partnering with analytics engineering to shape warehouse models, and translating findings for technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Owns employee engagement program execution, including annual company offsites, department gatherings, vendor and contract management, budgets, travel safety, recognition fulfillment, inclusion events, and program administration. Builds scalable planning tools and automations using AI, coordinates stakeholders, tracks participation and costs, and evaluates programs through engagement and feedback metrics. Requires strong organization, communication, judgment with confidential information, and experience managing large events end to end.

Develop and maintain software in an agile, test-driven environment using pair programming. Lead technical decisions involving application and data model design, mentor engineers, collaborate cross-functionally with product and design, and ensure application stability and performance. Participate in on-call support and improve system reliability. Use AI developer tools to accelerate development and improve code quality.
