Lead day-to-day operations, drive team performance through KPIs, partner cross-functionally to remove operational gaps, optimize workflows, support change management, use data to inform strategy, coach supervisors and specialists, ensure compliance and member safety, and escalate/resolve complex issues while handling sensitive information per HIPAA.

Support pilots and nonstandard referral workflows by executing manual processes, reconciling data, documenting evolving procedures, identifying risks, and partnering cross-functionally to inform automation and SOP development.

Lead cross-functional business operations focused on client lifecycle, deal desk/pricing, implementation, and utilization. Manage 1-2 direct reports, resolve complex client escalations, own company workstreams, and optimize processes and tooling to improve scalability and financial outcomes.
