Designs and governs PANTHERx’s semantic layer on Databricks, including Unity Catalog metric views, Gold-layer tables, promotion logic, and reusable data products. Establishes canonical, versioned business metrics for BI, analytics, partner feeds, and AI inputs. Responsibilities include data modeling, migration, validation, observability, documentation, governance, stakeholder collaboration, and mentoring analytics engineers. The role requires advanced SQL, Python, and PySpark skills, strong Databricks expertise, and experience operating across analytics engineering and data engineering.

Builds and maintains relationships with prescriber offices through visits, virtual meetings, education, and ongoing support. The role improves referral accuracy, patient access, and therapy start predictability; resolves prescriber concerns; documents interactions in CRM tools; identifies barriers and escalates insights; and ensures compliant engagement. Frequent travel throughout the assigned California territory and attendance at industry events are required.

Leads and scales the enterprise Business Analyst practice within Informatics. Establishes requirements methodology, documentation standards, quality benchmarks, career frameworks, and review processes. Manages analyst assignments across software, data, and infrastructure workstreams; partners with Product, Clinical Informatics, QA, engineering, and business stakeholders to ensure requirements are complete, testable, and delivery-ready. Coaches analysts, supports intake and prioritization, and resolves requirements-quality issues.

Builds, operates, and owns enterprise data warehouse pipelines and models on Databricks. Develops Delta Lake batch and streaming pipelines across Bronze, Silver, and Gold layers; implements data quality, reconciliation, observability, governance, and performance improvements. The role owns assigned data domains, supports event-driven ingestion, documents architecture and runbooks, responds to incidents, collaborates with QA and governance teams, and mentors data engineers.

Leads government payer strategy across Medicaid, Medicare, TRICARE, and other public programs. Manages payer relationships, engagement plans, reimbursement and access initiatives, regulatory monitoring, stakeholder meetings, contract support, and issue resolution. Collaborates with Legal, Compliance, Finance, Operations, Clinical, and executive teams while serving as the subject matter expert on government healthcare programs. Represents the organization at industry and public payer forums.

Leads health economics and outcomes research and real-world evidence projects from study design through publication. Manages healthcare data, develops pipelines, dashboards, and statistical models, and applies causal inference, survival analysis, regression, and sensitivity analyses. Communicates findings to life sciences, payer, executive, and other nontechnical stakeholders through reports, presentations, abstracts, and publications while ensuring data quality, privacy, security, and compliance.

Leads data quality assurance strategy, test planning, execution, automation, regression coverage, and defect management for data pipelines, data products, and analytics outputs. Establishes validation checkpoints and quality metrics, evaluates data QA tooling, and partners with Data Engineering, Analytics, Informatics, and Data Governance. The role also manages QA practitioners and advances the organization from ad hoc scripting to structured, ASTQB-aligned testing methodology.

Leads complex pharmaceutical manufacturer programs, serving as the primary client contact and driving strategic outcomes through analytics, KPI tracking, QBRs, operational improvements, and cross-functional collaboration. Translates data into insights on drug utilization, patient engagement, payer performance, and program health. Oversees program execution, launches, supply-chain coordination, stakeholder relationships, and operational leadership while supporting long-term client growth and patient-care outcomes.
