Design and build a standardized integration engine to connect Pagaya with legacy bank cores and LOS systems. Create reusable data schemas, API wrappers, reconciliation and GL synchronization, automated money movement, and workflows for complex lending events while ensuring bank-grade compliance and operational automation.

The Head of Product will drive strategic initiatives, lead product development, partner with executives, and ensure alignment with business objectives in the fintech industry.

Own strategy and execution to expand Pagaya's auto asset class: drive end-to-end enterprise sales to OEMs, banks, and dealers; close complex deals; build C-level relationships; coordinate across Risk, Tech, Product, Legal, and Data; monitor market trends; and evangelize Pagaya externally.

Lead credit and funding decisioning for auto lending partners, exercising delegated lending and funding authority, resolving exceptions and stipulations, feeding performance insights to product and risk teams, conducting win/loss analysis, and enabling dealer-facing operations and training to protect portfolio performance and improve approval workflows.
