Mechanical Engineering Interns support sustainable building design through CAD and Revit drafting, energy modeling, design calculations, HVAC and plumbing layouts, construction administration, commissioning, site visits, data analysis, specifications, cost estimates, and project coordination. The 10–12 week paid program provides hands-on experience with mechanical engineering and high-performance building projects.

Designs and documents mechanical building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, and energy modeling. Performs mechanical calculations, thermal simulations, system layouts, and construction administration tasks under experienced project guidance. Uses Revit, AutoCAD, TRACE, and IES while developing knowledge of plans, building codes, specifications, and industry standards.

Design and model electrical systems for buildings, including power distribution, lighting, and technology systems. Support engineering teams with load calculations, electrical modeling, code compliance research, plan reading, and technical documentation. Use Revit, AutoCAD, and EasyPower under experienced project mentorship while developing knowledge of electrical codes, specifications, and industry standards.

Electrical Engineering Interns participate in sustainable building design projects through electrical load calculations, schematic narratives, NEC reviews, renewable energy research and PV system design. Responsibilities also include CAD and Revit work, specifications, site observation reports, cost estimates, project coordination, and M/E scheduling. The 10–12 week paid, on-site program offers hands-on experience across the building design process.

Leads electrical engineering discipline and project teams from concept through construction. Designs power distribution and lighting systems, oversees calculations and equipment selection, prepares technical deliverables, applies building codes and standards, performs EasyPower analyses, coordinates teams, manages quality and budgets, mentors staff, visits sites, and develops client relationships.

Lead multidisciplinary mechanical (MEP) project teams through design and construction, delivering HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, and energy modeling solutions. Prepare calculations, narratives, drawings, and specifications; manage schedules and budgets; coordinate with clients and partners; mentor staff; oversee quality management and may serve as Project Manager or Engineer of Record.
