Own end-to-end enterprise customer acquisition as the company’s first Account Executive. Build pipeline from scratch through outbound, networking, events, and referrals; sell complex agentic AI and engineering software to industrial organizations; lead discovery, technical validation, negotiation, contracting, and closing; collaborate with deployment teams; and develop the company’s sales playbook, messaging, collateral, and events.

Build and ship P-1 AI’s core product platform for Archie, an AI engineering agent. Own end-to-end features spanning architecture, backend, frontend, deployment, and reliability. Collaborate with AI researchers, forward-deployed engineers, founders, and customers to rapidly prototype, launch, and refine product concepts. Establish advanced AI-assisted development practices and continuously improve engineering workflows, product quality, and delivery speed.

Lead product strategy and execution for an AI engineering agent serving physical-world engineering teams. Translate customer workflows and company vision into product roadmaps, requirements, architecture, evaluations, reliability standards, and sustained adoption. Build and lead a world-class product team while remaining hands-on in customer discovery, design, and delivery. The role requires deep experience designing complex physical systems and understanding AI models, agents, failure modes, and customer deployment.
