Manage and coordinate new real estate development projects across Los Angeles: site identification, feasibility, permitting, proposals/RFPs, vendor/subcontractor coordination, timelines, documentation, financial reporting, and stakeholder communication from concept through completion.

Manage day-to-day execution of digital ad campaigns: build proposals and impression goals, validate requirements, coordinate launches with Ad Operations, monitor pacing and delivery, report results, provide optimization recommendations, lead post-campaign recaps, and support client communication and renewal readiness.

The Sign Hanger will install and remove advertising copy at elevated heights, maintain equipment, attend safety meetings, and complete work orders accurately.

As a Graphic Designer at OUTFRONT, you will create ad designs, collaborate with the team, communicate with clients, and advocate for impactful design.

Sell OUTFRONT out-of-home advertising to national direct accounts and agencies. Develop proposals, media plans, and creative localized campaigns; drive new business, renewals, and upsells. Maintain market and DMA inventory knowledge, provide excellent customer service, and collaborate with internal teams to meet revenue goals.

Assist and support the Sales Team in achieving revenue goals by managing correspondence, contracts, and reports while providing customer service.
