Support design, analysis, administration, and improvement of compensation programs (base pay, incentives, commissions). Lead annual compensation planning, market pricing, job evaluations, internal equity analyses, forecasting, and executive reporting. Build advanced Excel models and dashboards, maintain compensation data in UKG, and partner with People Ops, Finance, Payroll, and HR Systems to ensure accurate, equitable, and compliant compensation administration.

Lead the Customer & Application team, manage engineers, coordinate development efforts, drive Agile processes, and mentor team members for continuous improvement.

Perform daily reconciliations, prepare and enter journal entries, support month/quarter/year-end close, assist with audits, maintain ledger accounts, improve reporting processes, and collaborate cross-functionally on ad-hoc financial analysis and projects.

Lead and mentor a team of engineers, develop strategic roadmaps for application architecture, manage SaaS ecosystems, and build secure integrations and automations.

Administer and optimize the HRMS as a Super Admin, configuring modules (payroll, time, benefits, comp), managing integrations, reporting, audits (SOX/ITGC), testing, troubleshooting, automations, and special projects to ensure data security and system performance.
