Manage a portfolio of mid-market and enterprise customers to drive adoption, satisfaction, and retention of the OpenSpace platform. Deliver onboarding, training, usage reviews, monitor account health, surface risks and expansion opportunities, support renewals, maintain records in Salesforce/Catalyst, and travel to customer sites (~25%) for relationship building and in-person support.

The Sr. Account Executive drives revenue growth in enterprise SaaS sales by managing customer relationships, achieving sales targets, and providing tailored solutions in the construction sector.

Lead design and implementation of computer vision systems for mapping, localization, image analysis, and 3D reconstruction on construction site data. Develop and optimize SLAM/SfM/VIO, deep learning perception models, and multi-modal approaches. Prototype, test, oversee datasets and collaborate with platform engineers to productionize scalable, robust solutions.

Own full enterprise sales cycle for strategic data center accounts, drive new logo acquisition, manage complex procurement and security reviews, build executive relationships, apply MEDDPICC-style methodology, maintain forecasts and pipeline, and partner with Customer Success and Solutions Engineering to expand accounts.
