Design, deliver, and maintain onboarding and continuing education for Homeowners, Liability, and Auto claims. Create instructional content (VILT, e-learning, simulations), assess training needs via claims data and KPIs, run train-the-trainer and coaching programs, manage LMS content, and report on training effectiveness to claims leadership.

Manage, mentor, and grow a team of engineers; remove roadblocks; align team work with business goals; partner with stakeholders on feature definition; recruit and develop diverse talent; promote feedback and continuous improvement.

Lead insurance product initiatives for personal lines, set underwriting appetite and profitability targets, support rate filings, collaborate with Tech and Ops to implement product changes, analyze KPIs and profitability drivers, and drive new product development and market intelligence.
