Manages program implementation, timelines, funding support, partner relationships, and administrative operations while tracking participation, completion, credential attainment, placement, and retention outcomes.

Leads infrastructure site development from exclusivity and diligence through closing and handoff to design, construction, and operations. Validates power pathways, coordinates commercial, legal, finance, land, utility, and technical partners, and converts site constraints into phased deployment plans. Manages diligence vendors, schedules, budgets, dependencies, risks, action lists, and executive escalations while delivering advance, defer, or stop recommendations and readiness packages.

Serve as OpenAI's primary liaison to Ohio communities, building trust-based relationships, designing and executing engagement strategies, representing the company publicly, coordinating with economic and environmental leads, monitoring sentiment, and creating a scalable community engagement playbook.
