Own and execute sales strategies for Southern California, managing full enterprise sales cycles from prospecting through POVs and closing. Collaborate with CSMs and SEs to drive renewals and upsells, inform product and GTM teams, and maintain accurate sales data while staying current on access management and competitive trends.

Own the technical post-sale customer experience for enterprise accounts. Lead implementations involving identity providers, SSO, SCIM, cloud and application integrations, Terraform, and APIs. Provide tier 2/3 technical support, troubleshoot issues, drive adoption, document solutions, establish support and implementation processes, automate repetitive work, and communicate customer feedback to product and engineering.
