Manage regulatory compliance for Onward’s multi-state transportation network. Lead market-launch readiness, regulatory research, filings, permits, driver and vehicle compliance, audit preparation, documentation, and ongoing compliance programs. Translate regulations into operational processes, controls, timelines, and workflows while tracking expirations, risks, dependencies, and corrective actions. Partner cross-functionally with Operations, Legal, Recruiting, Product, Sales, Finance, drivers, and vendors to maintain audit-ready records and support scalable expansion into new markets.

Provides phone, chat, and email support to riders, caregivers, and drivers. Handles ride bookings, trip coordination, cancellations, delays, lost items, refunds, and credits while maintaining accurate Zendesk tickets. Supports English- and Spanish-speaking riders, collaborates with drivers and partners, escalates issues, identifies recurring problems, and helps improve workflows and automation. This remote role requires weekend and holiday flexibility and PST schedule availability.
