OneSignal Benefits Overview

Manage and grow a portfolio of 20–40 strategic customers by building relationships, supporting onboarding and integrations, leading business reviews, driving retention and expansion, and sharing customer feedback with Product. Collaborate closely with Sales and Support to increase customer value and help scale OneSignal’s enterprise business.

Own SMS carrier and provider operations, including 10DLC brand and campaign registrations, RCS agent applications, provisioning requests, and toll-free verification. Manage provider communications and tickets through resolution, track approval workflows, and coordinate with Customer Success, Support, Product, and Sales. Maintain operational runbooks and reporting on registration volumes, approval times, and rejection reasons while ensuring SMS deliverability and carrier compliance.

Design, build, and maintain scalable data systems and ETLs on GCP; connect production data to business systems; generate analytics and ML-driven insights for GTM teams; work cross-functionally and introduce modern tools (Airflow, DBT, Presto, Hightouch).
