Drafts, edits, and coordinates external communications across press, executive, blog, social, and briefing materials. Translates complex business, product, policy, and industry topics for varied audiences; manages content calendars, monitors news, supports rapid-response communications, and improves digital content performance through audience insights.

Manage day-to-day indirect procurement operations, including vendor contract cleanup, record maintenance, renewals, purchase requests, approvals, purchase orders, onboarding, and compliance documentation. Operate Zip and maintain accurate NetSuite data, improve procurement workflows, support vendor negotiations, track renewals, and train employees on procurement policies and tools. The role serves as the organization’s central resource for purchasing processes, vendor information, and policy adherence.

Designs and deploys secure, scalable solutions for military and operational customers. Responsibilities include technical discovery, infrastructure validation, network configuration, deployment readiness, security accreditation support, API and data integrations, technical demonstrations, pilot deployments, and translating field experience into reusable implementation patterns. The role partners with Sales, Platform Engineering, SRE, Cybersecurity, Product, and customers, and requires 30–50% travel.
