The Partner Sales Manager will oversee channel business, manage relationships with resellers, and drive pipeline growth while achieving sales quotas across teams.

Pre-sales technical lead for enterprise customers: build relationships, support sales motions, drive adoption, deliver demos, POCs, RFP/RFI responses, technical workshops, and roadmap enablement. Maintain deep product knowledge, escalate support issues, and present to technical and executive audiences to shape customers' digital workspace strategies.

Lead and scale a global partner development team focused on strategic SI, OEM, and Alliance relationships. Own partner lifecycle from contract negotiation and joint solution development through GTM execution and joint selling. Align cross-functional teams (Sales, Product, Legal, Finance, Marketing, Operations), drive partner-sourced revenue and KPIs, run QBRs, and execute global expansion strategies to meet FY27+ revenue objectives.

Manage high-value enterprise accounts, develop C-level relationships, drive sales of SaaS solutions, and ensure customer success in territory.

Own and evolve global partner programs (Reseller, MSP, GSI, Distribution). Design incentives, governance, and adoption strategies; scale operations through automation and data insights; coordinate cross-functional stakeholders; manage vendors and budgets; resolve complex operational issues and report program performance to leadership.

Manage state and local government relations, build relationships with government stakeholders, and develop strategies to expand business opportunities across key states.
