Interim senior product leader for Commercial business, focused on scaling C&I solar and battery energy storage products. Own roadmap, BESS monitoring and servicing capabilities, adjacent market discovery, pricing strategy, cross-functional execution, and Monthly Business Reviews to track P&L and business-line health. Role lasts up to four months.

As a Capacity Planning Manager, you will forecast workloads, analyze data, optimize capacity plans, and collaborate with department leaders to support customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Manage and grow relationships with Field Service Partners to ensure high-quality service delivery. Drive partner performance through KPI/SLA management, data-driven reporting (Salesforce, Sigma), root-cause analysis, corrective action plans, training, and cross-functional coordination. Travel locally for partner reviews and escalations, optimize partner financial workflows, and support network scalability and operational excellence.

Design, build, and scale detection and diagnostic ML models for PV and storage time-series data; own model lifecycle from problem definition to production and monitoring; partner with engineering and operations to deploy models and measure field impact; prototype new approaches and guide technical roadmap.
