Support escrow transactions by opening, processing, and closing refinance and sale files. Review preliminary reports and title commitments, clear title issues, obtain lien releases, assemble signing and funding packages, schedule appointments, upload documents to electronic filing, and communicate with lenders, realtors, and clients. Work independently in a fast-paced, on-site office environment.

Review and prepare real estate documents for county recording, verify information via county indexes, support clients, track submissions and fees, reconcile basic accounting, and train colleagues on recording processes.
