Lead a data engineering team building and operating NPR's data warehouse, pipelines, BI, and personalization systems. Responsibilities include people leadership, hiring, cross-functional collaboration, Agile delivery, technical design and code review, automation for developer experience, incident response, and vendor management.

Lead a 20-person fundraising organization accountable for ~$75M+ annually. Build pipeline systems, forecasting, moves management, stewardship, tiered donor recognition, and coach managers and fundraisers. Drive AI and automation adoption to free frontline capacity and partner cross-functionally with digital, finance, editorial, and member stations.

Serve as the functional bridge between NPR business stakeholders and Salesforce technical teams: elicit and document requirements, author user stories and acceptance criteria, analyze impacts and dependencies, collaborate on solution design, lead UAT and training, coordinate project delivery, and promote governance and platform best practices to optimize NPR's Salesforce ecosystem.

Lead design and implementation of real-time, event-driven data ecosystems powering personalization. Define self-service data infrastructure, governance, and architecture standards. Provide cross-team technical oversight, mentor engineers, ensure production reliability and cost optimization, participate in deployments and on-call, and collaborate on roadmaps and OKRs.
