Design and build online higher-education courses from strategy through launch. Partner with faculty to define outcomes, activities, assessments, and media; coach faculty; write and edit student-facing content; build or specify LMS courses; ensure accessibility and quality standards; incorporate interactive and AI-enabled learning; manage timelines, reviews, risks, and multiple concurrent course developments.

Engage prospective students through phone, text, email, and events; identify their needs, explain university programs, qualify inquiries and applicants, and guide them through the application process through deposit. The role requires ethical advising, persistence, strong organization, independent work, and management of multiple deadlines.

Leads consulting engagements for university partners, diagnosing marketing and enrollment challenges and developing prioritized, data-informed strategies. Facilitates workshops, presents recommendations to senior academic leaders, scopes engagements, conducts market and competitive research, analyzes funnel performance, maps student journeys, and coordinates internal teams for implementation. Requires deep higher education enrollment expertise, strong consulting and communication skills, and experience across digital marketing channels.
