Own backend services and frontend experiences across signup, onboarding, verification, activation, checkout, and customer lifecycle management. Build event-driven systems, integrate identity and risk providers, handle sensitive financial data, run experiments, and analyze funnels using SQL and Snowflake. The role also involves evaluating AI-generated code, analysis, and customer messaging while collaborating with Product, Data, and Risk in an ambiguous, high-ownership environment.

Own technical onboarding, integration setup, monitoring, troubleshooting, and ongoing health of SaaS customer feeds across a territory. Serve as the escalation point between customers, engineering, product, sales, and account management teams. Track integration adoption and performance, identify expansion opportunities, document integration patterns, and communicate structured product feedback.
