The Solutions Engineer supports sales and partner channels through technical discovery, solution scoping, proofs of concept, product demonstrations, presentations, and partner enablement. The role develops technical training and value propositions, evangelizes the Nintex Platform through events and social media, documents customer use cases and roadblocks, influences product roadmap decisions, and collaborates with sales, product management, partners, and virtual technical evangelists. Travel may reach 50%.

Own end-to-end payroll operations for U.S. and Canada, oversee global payroll processes and accounting, ensure statutory compliance, manage payroll controls and audits (including 401(k)), partner with HR and finance, handle payroll inquiries, prepare journal entries and reconciliations, and drive process improvements and vendor performance.
