Lead quality engineering for medical device design assurance across product lifecycle. Provide independent oversight of design controls, risk management (ISO 14971), verification/validation, design transfer, supplier controls, and regulatory compliance (FDA QMSR, ISO 13485, EU MDR). Partner with cross-functional teams, review/approve V&V strategies and reports, apply statistical methods, support clinical and manufacturing readiness, resolve complex quality issues, and mentor quality engineers.

Lead planning, procurement, logistics, and inventory strategy to ensure consistent material availability, reduce shortages, improve supplier performance, implement MRP/SAP-based planning processes, and build repeatable warehouse and procurement systems. Manage and develop a team, drive inventory and supplier scorecards, mitigate supplier risk, and partner cross-functionally to align supply decisions with product development and production needs.
