Manage and optimize production schedules across corrugated converting plants, balancing machine capacity, staffing, materials, changeovers, maintenance, and shipping needs. Coordinate with Customer Service, Sales, Production, Logistics, Quality, and Procurement to address delays, shortages, rush orders, and customer escalations. Maintain ERP/MRP production data, inventory accuracy, lead-time updates, factory tickets, and daily planning outlooks while supporting continuous improvement, safety compliance, and production operations.

Ensure safe, reliable operation of plant electrical systems through design, maintenance, troubleshooting, and reliability improvements. Lead preventive/predictive maintenance, AC drive reliability, inspections, RCFA, regulatory compliance, capital project support, budget management, and cross-functional coordination. Supervise E&I staff, manage vendors/contractors, provide technical support for 24/7 operations, and train supervisors.

Manage and support site IT and OT infrastructure (DCS/PLC/eSCADA), lead day-to-day incident resolution, maintain networks/servers/end-user computing, develop site technology roadmap, run projects, vendor management, and ensure compliance and business continuity for a 24/7 manufacturing facility.

Lead and mentor the commercial sales team for the West Coast Division, manage key client relationships, execute targeted sales campaigns, collaborate cross-functionally on pricing, logistics and finance, provide training, analyze sales metrics, and prepare performance reports to drive revenue growth and continuous improvement.

Operate and monitor automatic strapping equipment to bundle finished corrugated products, perform visual quality inspections, clear minor jams, replace consumables, assist machine operators with changeovers, maintain production counts and a safe, organized work area, and follow safety and housekeeping standards.

Drive revenue growth by managing existing accounts and securing new clients through field visits, pipeline management, relationship-building, negotiations, and cross-functional collaboration. Responsible for account planning, forecasting, inventory management, and representing company products and services to meet sales targets.

Lead and coordinate daily production in a corrugated manufacturing facility. Supervise staff, enforce safety and quality standards, manage workflow and staffing, report production metrics, support continuous improvement, resolve equipment issues, and coach employees to meet shift goals.
