Performs manufacturing account reconciliations, month-end close, variance analysis, budgeting, forecasting, margin analysis, and inventory control. Partners with Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain, Sales, and plant leadership to improve cost visibility, profitability, and manufacturing processes. Supports audits, ERP initiatives, dashboards, and continuous improvement across multiple locations.

Own and execute full-cycle, multi-state payroll for US sites: validate timecards, process payroll and off-cycle payments, reconcile and report, manage tax filings, garnishments, benefits vendor transactions, support HR/Finance integrations, maintain compliance and payroll records, and produce management analyses.
