The role requires strong judgment, communication, stakeholder influence, and comfort operating independently in ambiguous, fast-paced environments.

Own a balanced inbound and outbound SMB sales pipeline, generate new business, qualify opportunities, conduct discovery and demonstrations, engage multiple stakeholders, and close full-cycle B2B sales. The role requires quota ownership, prospecting, pipeline management, accurate forecasting, CRM hygiene, and adapting sales strategies based on customer feedback. This is a hybrid position requiring collaboration from a local hub three days per week.
