Experienced Producer responsible for supporting AAA game development through project planning, scheduling, roadmaps, risk tracking, cross-department coordination, and production process improvements. The role partners with creative leads, mentors production staff, advances production tools, monitors game status through play sessions, and advises studio leadership on scope and delivery. Candidates need at least three years of production experience supporting cross-functional teams on AAA projects, knowledge of game and software development processes, project management expertise, and strong organizational skills.

Prototype, implement, and own gameplay scenarios, narrative sequences, interactive objects, AI behaviors, and systems. Collaborate with animation, programming, and art teams, improve tools/workflows, and work independently while keeping leads informed.

As an SDET programmer, you will maintain CI processes, improve build and packaging, collaborate across departments, and drive development ownership.
