Greet and assist customers in person and by phone, manage patient records and schedules, process insurance information, confirm appointments, maintain reception area and supplies, and support store operations with timely customer communication.

Provide primary eye care including diagnosis and management of anterior and posterior segment pathology. Treat ocular disease (corneal ulcers, uveitis), manage red eye, diagnose diabetic retinopathy and glaucoma, remove foreign bodies, and identify macular disease, retinal holes, and detachments. Work within a practice offering competitive part-time benefits and periodic premium weekend pay.

Provide excellent customer service and support store sales goals. Assist customers selecting eyewear and contacts, dispense products per state law, maintain accurate records, communicate order status, answer phones, merchandise to brand standards, support inventory control and loss prevention, and perform other store duties.
