Create storyboards, eLearning modules, vILT facilitator guides, assessments, job aids, and multimedia assets; ensure SCORM/xAPI compliance, accessibility, and quality control while collaborating with SMEs, project stakeholders, and creative teams.

Own strategic account governance for enterprise automotive clients, driving retention, profitable growth, and white-space expansion. Lead renewals, negotiations, stakeholder engagement, QBRs, and cross-functional delivery alignment. Maintain account plans, CRM pipeline, risk mitigation, and value-case driven expansion with P&L accountability and margin discipline.

Supports automotive labor time studies by researching service procedures, torque specifications, and parts catalogs; assembling accurate digital study packages; validating documentation; maintaining records; resolving discrepancies; and closing out study files. The role requires strong document control, organization, attention to detail, communication, and the ability to work effectively in an engineering garage with technicians, engineers, and program stakeholders.
