Outbound sales internship supporting cargo sales: develop leads via phone and email, qualify and research prospects, maintain CRM records, progress clients through the sales process, coordinate with Cargo Sales Executives, and escalate issues to the manager. Monday–Friday schedule.

Lead and grow a San Jose private jet charter office by recruiting and coaching trainee brokers, driving sales and client retention, building operator relationships, attending client meetings, and identifying new business opportunities.
