Own the commercial strategy and growth of MoneyGram’s Balance, bill pay, and mobile top-up products. Lead market selection, go-to-market planning, pricing, cohort analysis, LTV and ARPU modeling, customer adoption, retention, and cross-product growth. Partner with Product, CRM, Marketing, Pricing, Retail, and local market teams to launch repeatable growth programs and present investment recommendations to senior leadership.

Manage operational audits from planning through reporting, assess risks and internal controls, support SOX compliance, coordinate consultants and external auditors, oversee remediation, and communicate findings to senior leaders. The role partners across Finance, Product, Technology, Operations, Compliance, and Legal while improving audit effectiveness through technology, data, and innovative approaches.

Develop and expand MoneyGram’s agent network across high-priority UK remittance corridors. Responsibilities include identifying and signing agents, conducting market research, negotiating deals, overseeing onboarding and compliance, training agents, monitoring performance, and implementing initiatives to increase transaction volumes. The role requires strong sales, networking, negotiation, relationship management, remittance-market knowledge, performance analysis, and travel flexibility.
