Manages daily dining room operations in a senior living community, including staff leadership, training, scheduling, service quality, cleanliness, sanitation, food presentation, stocking, and customer experience. The role also provides hands-on meal service, answers menu questions, clears tables, and assists with dishwashing while maintaining staffing and budget standards.
