Develops advanced automated testing frameworks and leads test strategies for complex software applications across platforms. Oversees testing efforts, defect tracking, regression testing, and quality improvements while collaborating with developers and DevOps teams on CI/CD automation. Mentors junior staff, evaluates testing tools, supports the software development lifecycle, and applies data-driven insights to improve QA processes.

Provides phone, email, ticket, and device-signal support to clients and customers. Responsibilities include documenting interactions, troubleshooting basic technical issues, dispatching service requests, educating users, meeting call-queue and service-level metrics, and escalating complex concerns with team guidance. The role requires clear communication, empathy, accurate data entry, basic technology knowledge, and a high school diploma.

Develop and maintain automated test scripts, execute manual and automated testing, analyze results, identify and track defects, and perform regression testing. Collaborate with developers and distributed teams throughout the software development lifecycle to ensure application quality and testability. The role also involves using and validating approved AI-assisted tools for coding, testing, debugging, documentation, and technical research.

Serves as the primary compensation advisor to business leaders and HR partners. Designs and administers compensation programs, salary structures, incentives, merit planning, and pay adjustments. Analyzes workforce data, market trends, pay equity, and retention risks; develops financial models and cost analyses; evaluates jobs and salary ranges; supports compliance, reporting, workforce planning, and compensation process improvements.

Own product vision, strategy, roadmap, backlog, prioritization, metrics, and go-to-market planning. Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and customer success teams to deliver customer-focused solutions. Conduct market and user research, analyze product performance, lead Agile delivery and releases, manage risks, and influence cross-functional stakeholders without direct authority.

Provides customer and technical support through phone, email, help desk tickets, reports, and device maintenance signals. Resolves basic technology issues, guides customers through troubleshooting, documents calls and service requests, routes complex issues, and maintains service-level and quality standards. Works collaboratively with experienced team members while learning company processes, device functionality, and support procedures.

Builds and grows referral relationships with case managers, program managers, agencies, clients, and accounts. Supports territory growth through phone and email outreach, confirms client information, documents interactions in CRM, responds to inquiries, resolves issues, and escalates complaints. Maintains sensitive information, achieves productivity and quality goals, and supports sales projects. Occasional business travel may be required.

Defines enterprise AWS cloud architecture and standards; designs secure, scalable, compliant multi-account platforms and landing zones. Builds production Infrastructure as Code using Pulumi and AWS CDK, prototypes infrastructure, reviews engineering delivery, and creates handoff documentation. Provides technical leadership, mentors architects, supports cloud strategy, evaluates AWS services, and embeds cost optimization, governance, security, and compliance practices into platform design.

Supports the Legal Department by drafting, reviewing, revising, and coordinating commercial contracts and related legal documents. Performs first-level contract review, identifies non-standard provisions, researches contractual and regulatory issues, prepares redlines and summaries, and coordinates with attorneys and business stakeholders. Maintains contract records, workflows, renewals, templates, and clause libraries in contract management systems while responding to internal process questions and supporting efficiency initiatives.
