Reporting directly to the CRO (Chief Revenue Officer), the Product Manager, Ad Tech, is a critical team member on the Advertising team. Responsible for the current and future ad servering platform, this position will set out the future vision as well as drive the prioritization of tasks for engineering. With a dedicated team, this position will work to support the biggest names in digital/mobile advertising, driving more revenue and sold impressions based on your deep knowledge of how drive efficient and effective campaigns.

As a Data Analyst, you will support the product team within depth analyses related to in-game activity, user behaviors, retention, funnel and monetization analysis, and provide insights to enhance the user experience. Your work will directly influence what features are built, prioritization of the roadmap and estimate expected return on these efforts. You’ll be responsible for creating, monitoring and building dashboards, models and ad hoc analyses to support product efforts to drive user retention and in-game monetization. In addition to the product team, you will work closely with the DBAs, Marketing, and Monetization teams to create actionable insights.

MobilityWare is looking for a Director of Data Analytics that will oversee in-game, marketing and monetization analysis for the studio. Data is at the core of our decision making at MobilityWare and in this role you would be a key contributor to the future success of our games. You will be responsible for providing quantitative guidance and leadership to the studio. You will work cross-functionally with other studio leaders to communicate a holistic view into the health of the games and provide predictive insights to continually improve the product. The ideal candidate will have significant successful experience building and leading an analytics team, working with large data sets and making data-driven decisions.

As the Ad Operations Solutions Engineer you will support the AdOps team with in depth analyses related to the launch, maintenance and growth of integrated advertising partners. In your work, you will surface ideas for creating better tools and services to drive additional efficiency in our ad stack. Your attention to detail will help troubleshoot issues with multiple ad types, confirm that ad call responses are as expected and directly influence how ad dollars are spent on our inventory. Basic understanding of technologies related to advertising are a must as you will interface with both product and engineering teams. Strong communication skills will ensure knowledge-sharing and cooperation between onshore and offshore teams. You’ll be responsible for monitoring dashboards, surfacing potential opportunities for growth as well as finding and resolving problems quickly. As part of a data-driven team, ad hoc analyses for both internal and external stakeholders will be required. In addition to the ad tech team, you will work closely with the BI team, Monetization and Ad Tech teams to drive growth.

MobilityWare is looking for a Sr User Acquisition Manager with experience in Mobile Games to join our User Acquisition and Marketing Team! This is an exciting opportunity for a performance centric marketer to work on and lead the marketing initiatives for our Solitaire suite of games!

As a Data Analyst focusing on ad monetization, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the advertising funnel for monetization. By leveraging analytics, statistical analysis and industry trends, you work will directly impact the revenue growth at MobilityWare. You will be the expert in understanding monetization trends in our games and identify areas where we can expand monetization including identifying new GEO opportunities, placements for advertisements and deficiencies with ad monetization. You will work closely with both Marketing and Product teams to help facilitate revenue and user growth through analysis, data visualizations and statistical models, leveraging large amounts of user and advertising data. Additionally, you will be expected to work with DBAs and data engineering teams to ensure data quality and events are in place to create actionable insights.

As Technical Director you will manage and drive the strategic direction for team leads, helping them in developing, task planning and leading both on the technical and organizational aspects. You will also assist with the management of resources in other areas such as architecture, devops and data engineering. You will own technical design and be responsible for the development and operational execution of the advertising and data platform and services. You will create a working environment where top technical talent will thrive and you will lead your team to deliver a top-tier suite of products & services that will delight our advertisers and customers. We are looking for a leader with strong technical acumen who can not only suggest new technologies but also enhance our current technology and raise the acumen of our technical staff. You will work closely with senior product owners and stakeholders to help execute the core product roadmap and report directly to the Chief Technology Office 

As the Director of Product for Card Suite you will oversee 4 teams and be responsible for the studio’s flagship card and parlor game products that are played by tens of millions of customers. You will direct multiple Product Owners, guiding them to implement KPI-improving features that will delight our customers. Your love of data and our customers, along with your passion for building great games, will lead you to create new customer favorite features and game titles for one of the largest and most loyal customer groups in mobile games. As the Director of Product, you will work under the VP of Product for Card Suite. You will manage and mentor a full production staff and will also direct future staffing efforts as you guide the production team forward. You will cultivate an amazing work environment, collaborate with key stakeholders, help define the suite strategy and vision, develop the product roadmap, deliver on revenue targets, and help define success within the suite.

The Product Manager will conceive of and manage in-game LiveOps Events, A/B tests and other consumer-facing initiatives aimed at improving players retention, monetization and engagement on our Mobile Games. The Product Manager will collaborate with Marketing, Monetization and other Key Stakeholders to develop, drive and execute new strategies to ensure the growth of the games and the overall bottom line via AB tests and LiveOps implementations. The Product Manager will work closely with the Lead Product Manager, Director of Product, VP of Games and other Key Stakeholders to understand and deliver against the budget and targets.

The AdTech group at MobilityWare is building a platform of shared services and client components in support of the studio's portfolio of casual mobile games. Our services are the glue that carry our players from game to game and enable great social experiences and are critical to the revenue generating monetization platform. We’re looking for a Lead/Senior Software Engineer (Tech Lead) for our Orange Team. The tech lead is both an engineer and a leader. On any given day, they might be architecting new features, coordinating the work of their peers, or implementing their own tasks. They’ll mentor junior staff while also staying focused on the objectives of the team. Our tech leads are strong – they play a pivotal role in the success of the suite. They are fluent in Unity C# – system architecture, build configurations, and art pipelines. They are also team players, with excellent communication, who enjoy working closely with peers - artists, designers, and product owners.
