Provides cybersecurity advisory services for medical devices and software, including risk assessments, secure design and development guidance, HIPAA and ePHI compliance, audit support, security reporting, and product documentation. Partners with cross-functional development and product teams, monitors threats, and supports vulnerability scanning, SAST, SCA, DAST, penetration testing, and application security procedures.

Analyzes customer experience, survey, operational, CRM, ERP, support, and financial data to build unified customer views and actionable insights. Responsibilities include cohort analysis, segmentation, predictive modeling, revenue attribution, CX dashboards, reporting automation, and closed-loop action tracking. The role partners with IT, data teams, Finance, and business stakeholders to improve data quality and translate complex analyses into executive recommendations supporting retention, expansion, and customer experience improvements.

Creates and manages marketing collateral, editorial calendars, content workflows, asset libraries, and governance processes. Translates technical and clinical information into clear marketing materials, partners with product and clinical marketing teams, supports campaigns, applies AI-assisted workflows, quality-checks content, and monitors performance to identify content gaps.

Architect and lead enterprise data platforms, pipelines, and infrastructure using Spark, Databricks, and cloud technologies. Build scalable data models and dimensional schemas, establish governance and data quality frameworks, optimize performance and reliability, and implement monitoring. Partner with stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions, lead design reviews, mentor engineers, contribute to platform strategy, troubleshoot complex failures, and support hiring and team development.

Develops and closes business opportunities in the new nuclear market. Builds relationships with advanced reactor companies, utilities, developers, engineering firms, and other stakeholders; manages consultative sales cycles from prospecting through negotiation and close; prepares tailored proposals and account strategies; maintains CRM forecasts; supports customer onboarding, renewals, expansion, and cross-selling; and applies nuclear licensing and regulatory knowledge to understand customer needs.
