Develop and support scalable cloud-native applications using Java, Spring Boot, React, TypeScript, Node.js, PostgreSQL, and microservices. Responsibilities include building REST APIs, integrations, CI/CD pipelines, containerized deployments, observability, automated testing, and production support. The engineer will collaborate with product, UX, QA, DevOps, architecture, and clients while improving application performance, resilience, and maintainability. Workforce Management, Customer Experience, contact center, cloud, messaging, and secure API experience are advantageous.

Design and build enterprise-scale programmable voice platforms, APIs, call-control services, media processing, and real-time communications infrastructure. Develop Java and Spring Boot backend services, integrate contact-center and CX platforms, and troubleshoot signaling and call-quality issues. Define scalability, security, observability, disaster recovery, and other non-functional requirements. Lead architecture and technical delivery, establish engineering standards, review designs and code, manage technical risks, and collaborate with clients, vendors, and cross-functional engineering teams.
