Provide consultative design sales in-store and off-site, build client and trade relationships, meet revenue KPIs, manage CRM, perform space planning and styling, maintain visual merchandising, and stay current on product knowledge.

Support the sales team by creating workplace layouts, product drawings, and specifications; develop custom furniture solutions; liaise with sales, engineering, manufacturing, and A&D community; provide showroom support and documentation to produce and price custom products.

As a Design Specialist, you will deliver personalized consultations, drive sales, build client relationships, and manage the client lifecycle while using design tools.

Serve as a client-facing design consultant in a retail showroom: educate and inspire customers, create tailored design solutions, drive sales and follow up on leads, collaborate with A&D community, maintain visual merchandising, and accurately process transactions and orders.

Design, develop, and configure Salesforce solutions (Apex, LWC, Visualforce) to meet business requirements. Integrate internal/external services, follow Salesforce best practices and governor limits, document solutions, support Product Owners, and collaborate with stakeholders and the Salesforce team. Maintain CI/CD/DevOps practices and enhance user experience.
