Leads digital production for fundraising clients, managing developers and contract resources, build queues, intake, requirements, QA, documentation, platform access, onboarding, migrations, and technical delivery. The role oversees emails, SMS, donor journeys, landing pages, forms, integrations, and tracking while improving processes and supporting developers through technical ambiguity. It requires marketing technology or digital operations experience, technical fluency in HTML and scripting, people management, and strong documentation and coordination skills.

Own and maintain the data catalog, vendor and licensing records, dataset lineage, field definitions, and calculation documentation. Write SQL to trace, join, reconcile, and validate data; investigate discrepancies; QA derived metrics; prepare data extracts; and troubleshoot issues with engineering, offshore data teams, PMO, and customer service. Use AI tools to accelerate data work and maintain clear documentation for technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Develop brand, campaign, fundraising, and messaging strategies for nonprofit clients. Partner with the EVP of Creative on major engagements, workshops, pitches, positioning, integrated creative briefs, and executive presentations. Help identify compelling ideas, challenge assumptions, raise creative quality, and connect creative work to fundraising outcomes. Progressively lead client relationships, workshops, and major engagements while developing into a senior creative leader.

Improve AWS production infrastructure reliability, observability, performance, and operational maturity. Build Terraform infrastructure, enhance CI/CD, automate operational work, manage incident response and on-call operations, lead postmortems, improve application resilience, support capacity planning and database reliability, and collaborate on security hardening and compliance. Mentor engineers and promote reliability practices across the organization.
