Own the end-to-end Fintech commercial relationships for approximately 30 strategic global accounts. Responsibilities include developing RFP proposals, business cases, executive presentations, and account reviews; presenting payment KPIs and recommendations; driving adoption of Fintech products; expanding account revenue; and resolving complex issues with cross-functional teams. The role also requires building and improving AI-powered analysis and reporting systems.

Owns end-to-end product and engineering strategy for Mews' Back of House domain. Leads globally distributed engineering teams, builds the management structure, develops senior talent, and improves reliability, performance, and technical debt without disrupting delivery. Determines where AI should be integrated into the product and ships AI-driven improvements. Requires VP-level product and engineering ownership, SaaS scaling experience, strong people leadership, and hands-on experience shipping AI as a core product capability.

Conduct multichannel outbound prospecting to hotel general managers, revenue managers, and procurement contacts across the East Coast and Central US. Senior individual contributor who builds and maintains a division-level design substrate: design system, cross-tribe agents/skills, research engines, and architectural standards. Partners with Staff Designers and the VP on complex cross-tribe problems, encodes design judgment into reusable components/patterns/agents, and drives multi-year design strategy to scale consistent design practice across the company.
