Manage daily cash and liquidity across banks, custodians, exchanges, partners, and stablecoin wallets. Oversee prefunding, settlements, forecasts, investment policy, cash controls, partner compliance, exception resolution, and deal-term reviews. Collaborate with Engineering and Product to build automated liquidity management systems, maintain cash forecasts, support month-end reporting, and manage banking and custody relationships.

Design, develop, test, and maintain backend services and APIs for secure fintech and crypto products. Collaborate with engineering and product teams on architecture, code reviews, system design, and deployment using Azure. Optimize backend performance and scalability, resolve defects, follow DevOps and CI/CD practices, and build reliable systems supporting payments, transfers, and other financial activity.

Own the company-wide budget, forecasts, board financials, operating model, and financial reporting. Lead OKR and business review cadences, define company metrics, perform hands-on analysis, and manage acquisition, capital allocation, pricing, and regulated-entity capital planning. Partner with senior leaders on strategy, sales capacity, organization design, and cross-functional programs while leading the FinOps, RevOps, and Finance Systems manager.

Own Mesh’s finance and revenue systems, including Salesforce, NetSuite, billing integrations, reconciliation, revenue reporting, commissions, and close automation. Partner with Product and Engineering to build payment billing engines, transaction matching, settlement alerts, and AI-assisted accounting workflows. Produce payment, revenue, retention, pipeline, and transaction metrics while maintaining CRM data standards, pricing guardrails, account health reporting, and commission administration.

The Senior Product Manager will lead integration strategies for CEXs and Web3 Wallets, drive operational efficiency, and collaborate with engineering and business development teams to enhance core infrastructure and connectivity.

Drive pre-sales technical engagements: build customer relationships, design and demo API/SDK solutions, produce playbooks, troubleshoot integrations, and accelerate implementations across crypto and fintech customers. Collaborate with Sales, Support Engineering, and Product; mentor customer teams and optimize internal workflows.

Guide customers through technical implementations, adoption, and scaling of Mesh APIs and SDKs. Design post-sales solutions, advise customer engineering teams, troubleshoot integrations, create implementation playbooks, optimize tooling and workflows, and lead technical discussions with customers and executives. The role requires crypto and fintech knowledge, cross-functional collaboration, and occasional travel.
