Manages day-to-day travel booking operations, including workload allocation, staffing, ticketing, amendments, refunds, reconciliations, service recovery, supplier coordination, and compliance controls. Ensures consistent execution of travel policies and service standards while escalating significant financial, compliance, supplier, and business-continuity matters.

Provides strategic and commercial leadership for an internal travel agency function. Owns business planning, budgets, governance, service models, supplier strategy, financial performance, controls, business continuity, transformation, and executive reporting. Leads organization design and talent development while overseeing the Travel Operations Manager. Partners with Sales, Finance, Supply Chain, Legal, IT, Security, and operating departments to manage risk, improve service, and drive operational performance.

Leads daily travel operations, including workload allocation, roster coverage, booking oversight, refunds, payments, reconciliations, supplier performance, policy compliance, escalated complaints, and disruption response. Supervises and develops frontline staff, monitors service and control risks, maintains procedures, and recommends workflow improvements. Requires advanced GDS and ticketing knowledge, travel-regulation expertise, financial-control judgment, bilingual Chinese and English communication, and flexibility to work varied shifts.
