Leads complex mechanical product development from concept through manufacturing readiness for bioprocessing capital equipment. Owns technical decisions, injection-molded designs, system architecture, prototyping, qualification and validation, supplier relationships, risk mitigation, root-cause investigations, and corrective actions. Coordinates cross-functional teams across engineering, quality, manufacturing, supply chain, and applications. Designs assemblies in CAD/PDM systems, manages requirements and project execution, and mentors engineers while ensuring products meet reliability, manufacturability, quality, and schedule goals.

Owns cross-functional engineering and customer project delivery for biopharmaceutical manufacturing equipment. Responsibilities include developing charters and plans, managing scope, schedule, cost, risks, resources, stakeholders, reporting, quality and regulatory requirements, and project closeout. The role also improves project-management practices, mentors teams, evaluates AI-enabled tools, and supports hardware development through qualification and launch. This is an onsite Camarillo, California position with up to 10% domestic and international travel.

Leads strategic and operational management of a single-use systems product portfolio in the life sciences industry. Owns product-line strategy, lifecycle management, pricing, forecasting, portfolio planning, profitability, operational enablement, and business continuity. Coordinates cross-functional initiatives across Sales, Marketing, Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, Regulatory, Manufacturing, Engineering, and PMO teams. Translates customer and market insights into product strategies, roadmaps, commercialization plans, and investment recommendations while mentoring junior product managers.
