Build and maintain centralized pricing data infrastructure, scalable workflows, and data pipelines; integrate AI capabilities; deliver pricing tools, reporting, and governance to support data-driven pricing and budgeting across the firm.

Lead the Accounting & Finance Reporting, Data & AI Center of Excellence: set strategy, governance, roadmap, and deliver analytics, automation, and AI solutions. Own intake, prioritization, implementation, adoption, and value realization across financial processes while partnering with IT and mentoring the team.

Maintain and update litigation docketing database, identify and calculate court deadlines, create and manage docketing policies, prepare calendars, and coordinate with attorneys, courts, agencies, and vendors to ensure accurate, compliant filing and deadline tracking.

Provide data-entry and administrative support for client fee arrangements, rate setup changes, and non-standard arrangement records. Manage assignment of change requests, group inbox triage, and respond to time, billing, and disbursement rule inquiries while following established guidelines and working under direct supervision.

Lead development and delivery of communication and learning programs for firm IT projects. Serve as change agent, create training materials (videos, eLearning, guides), conduct product testing and user feedback analysis, build change champion relationships, and report on application configurations to ensure strong user adoption and experience.
