Lead change, communication, and learning programs for firm IT projects. Design and deliver training materials (eLearning, videos, guides), conduct product testing and user feedback analysis, support adoption through change champion engagement, and report on configuration and user experience to drive successful technology rollouts.

Lead business development for the Regulatory practice by identifying growth opportunities, managing RFPs and proposals, overseeing lateral partner integration, budgets, events, and collateral; consult with attorneys on BD plans, monitor client/industry trends, and manage and coach the Business Development team to drive revenue and brand recognition.
