Build and scale a mortgage technology platform across Rails APIs, TypeScript and Node.js services, GraphQL, and React. Own third-party integrations, asynchronous workflows, multi-tenant security, observability, CI/CD, incident response, and technical design. Improve architecture and developer experience, mentor engineers, partner with product and customer success, and lead responsible AI-assisted development and shared AI tooling.

Reviews mortgage loan packages, underwriting documentation, data, and fees for regulatory compliance, accuracy, completeness, and salability. Captures and audits loan information, identifies discrepancies and exceptions, researches rebuttals, runs system validations, documents findings, and coordinates with internal teams to resolve issues and meet review timelines.

The Sales Account Executive will drive revenue growth by managing and converting a pipeline of mortgage-related SaaS clients, executing sales strategies and building long-term customer relationships.

Lead strategic, consultative enterprise sales to mortgage lenders, owning long-cycle deals across software and services. Build pipeline, engage executives, run discovery, partner with Sales Engineering and Product, and represent Maxwell at industry events to drive revenue and shape product positioning.
