Principal Engineer serving as the CTO’s technical deputy, leading day-to-day engineering execution, architecture, code reviews, developer support, and delivery. The role requires hands-on full-stack development across databases, backend, frontend, cloud infrastructure, and DevOps. It also champions AI-agent-assisted development by establishing workflows, guardrails, and quality standards. The engineer will mentor teammates, resolve technical blockers, improve reliability and documentation, and collaborate with technical, product, and research stakeholders.

Build and lead a scalable platform engineering function spanning CI/CD, infrastructure, observability, developer tooling, environments, and production operations. Develop internal tools, reusable automation, paved roads, and AI-assisted workflows that improve developer experience, delivery reliability, and engineering productivity. Partner across teams, guide architecture and standards, measure DORA and DX metrics, and shape the platform roadmap while providing hands-on technical leadership.

Leads adoption of AI-assisted engineering practices across product teams. Builds reusable prompts, agent workflows, integrations, validation systems, sandboxes, and AI-enabled developer tooling. Partners with platform and engineering teams to integrate AI into CI/CD, testing, observability, release processes, and product capabilities. Coaches engineers, establishes governance and security controls, and measures productivity, quality, delivery, adoption, and cost outcomes.

Conducts quality-control reviews of end-to-end AML investigations involving money laundering, sanctions, fraud, terrorist financing, bribery, and related risks. Reviews evidence, narratives, dispositions, and SAR recommendations; identifies investigative gaps and recurring quality issues; analyzes transactional and behavioral data; provides feedback; and supports improvements to AML procedures, controls, and regulatory compliance.

Leads the development and execution of a global B2B marketing function focused on demand generation, pipeline growth, digital marketing, content, social media, partnerships, and brand awareness. Owns campaigns, ABM initiatives, marketing performance, budgets, reporting, and KPIs while collaborating with sales, product, customer success, and executives. This hands-on leader builds scalable programs, strategic alliances, and thought leadership initiatives that generate measurable revenue and market impact.

Lead full-cycle recruiting for Data, ML, and Software Engineering roles. Source niche senior talent, perform technical screens, partner with engineering leaders, maintain ATS pipelines, and deliver hiring metrics and market intelligence.

Manage full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, build C-level relationships, deliver revenue targets, collaborate with marketing and technical teams, run demos and proposals, maintain CRM pipeline, and represent the company at events.
