Support new users with Campaign Monitor onboarding, help them launch initial campaigns, and conduct outbound outreach to marketing agencies. Follow up with inbound leads, identify expansion opportunities, maintain accurate CRM records, and route qualified prospects to sales representatives or account executives. Participate in training, role plays, coaching, and cross-functional collaboration with Marketing, Customer Success, and Sales.

Own product initiatives for Emma from discovery through launch and iteration. Conduct customer research and testing, define requirements and success metrics, manage backlog and planning with engineering, coordinate launches with cross-functional teams, and measure and improve product performance using analytics and experimentation. Use AI tools to accelerate research and execution.
