Work with AWS (ECS/EKS/Lambda), Terraform, Kafka/Debezium, and databases. Collaborate with product and design, follow CI/CD and best practices, and operate autonomously.

The FP&A Analyst will coordinate financial analysis and reporting, manage budgets, and provide actionable insights to support operational and strategic decisions.

Lead end-to-end Salesforce enhancements: gather requirements, design solutions, configure platform (objects, flows, LWCs), manage QA/UAT and releases, monitor integrations, resolve defects, maintain documentation, and provide post-deployment support and training.

Lead architecture and technical strategy for patient and provider platforms; mentor engineers; integrate AI-augmented engineering tools; enforce API, data modeling, and architectural best practices across React/React Native and backend services; optimize CI/CD, observability, and reliability metrics; drive technical spikes, POCs, and cross-team alignment.

Develop and maintain web and mobile features using React/React Native; build scalable backend services in C#, TypeScript, and Ruby on Rails; work with AWS (ECS/EKS/Lambda), Terraform, event-driven systems (Debezium, Kafka, SNS/NServiceBus), and Postgres/Salesforce integration.
