Manages national distributor and account relationships to expand life insurance sales. Responsibilities include analyzing market share, pipeline, and customer trends; coordinating internal teams; developing growth strategies; supporting promotional events; delivering product education and presentations; automating communications; onboarding distributors; and identifying opportunities to improve account performance.

Evaluate and manage the most complex, high-impact life insurance underwriting cases. Audit underwriting decisions and medical summaries, handle appeals, fraud referrals and contestable claims, train and mentor junior underwriters, assist management with risk research and process improvements, and serve as a subject matter expert to ensure policy compliance and service deadlines are met.
