Lead planning, coordination and delivery of complex technical initiatives across product lines. Partner with Product, Engineering, Design and QA to create roadmaps, manage dependencies, mitigate risks, run Agile ceremonies, produce reporting, and improve processes through automation and tooling (including AI). Align distributed teams, maintain delivery forecasts, and drive visibility and predictable outcomes.

Partner with hiring leaders across Product, Engineering, Art, Design, Creative and Operations to manage full-cycle recruiting for technical, creative and production roles. Source, assess and guide candidates, coordinate interviews, support offers and onboarding, build talent pipelines, provide market insight, and improve recruiting processes while ensuring a positive candidate experience.
