The Visitor Services Associate provides exceptional customer service to museum visitors, assisting with ticketing, cash handling, guest engagement, and ensuring a welcoming environment while promoting museum programs and policies.

Conduct object and archival research to support exhibitions, acquisitions, and publications; enter and manage research records in TMS; draft research-based texts; liaise with scholars and archives; support exhibition logistics, budgeting, and departmental planning.

The Manager, E-commerce leads digital retail strategy, oversees online store operations, drives revenue growth, and enhances customer experience through collaboration with various teams.

Operate, configure, and maintain 35mm and digital cinema projectors, media servers, and AV infrastructure for two theaters. Build and manage DCP playlists, monitor image and sound quality, manage SDI/HDMI/NDI signal flow, integrate projection with lighting/audio/show control, perform preventative maintenance, troubleshoot time-sensitive issues, and maintain technical documentation and cue logs while collaborating with Visitor Services, Production, and IT/AV teams.

Design and produce museum exhibition layouts, technical drawings, models, and presentation materials. Coordinate with facilities, architects, collections, vendors, and contractors to ensure code compliance, accessibility, conservation lighting, fabrication, installation, budgets, and schedules. Prepare 2D/3D assets for Vectorworks and Rhino, oversee casework/furniture selection, and manage production of graphics and built exhibition elements.
